1. Who we are

This website is operated by Your Property Pilot Pty Ltd (ABN 99 694 602 330), an Australian company. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company, and “you” means the person using this website.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.

2. What these terms cover, and what they do not

These terms cover your use of this website: reading it, and asking us for a demo through it.

They are not the agreement under which we supply services to a real estate agency. Fees, the length of the engagement, what we commit to deliver, who owns what, and how either side ends it are dealt with in a separate written agreement with that agency. Nothing on this website varies that agreement, and if the two are inconsistent, the signed agreement prevails.

If you enquired about a property through a page we host for an agency, you are dealing with that agency, not with us, and these terms do not govern that.

3. Using this website

You may read this website and use it to contact us. You must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to send anything unlawful, misleading or abusive;
• attempt to gain access to any part of it, or any system connected to it, that is not intended for you;
• interfere with its operation, including by scraping it in a way that degrades it for others, or by attempting to overwhelm it;
• submit someone else's personal information through our forms without their authority;
• copy or republish substantial parts of it as your own.

We may withdraw access if you do any of these things.

4. Asking for a demo

Submitting the demo form is a request, not a contract. It does not oblige us to provide anything, and it does not oblige you to buy anything. We will use what you send to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please give us your own contact details, or details you are authorised to give us, and make sure they are accurate. We may not be able to reach you otherwise.

5. Our content

Everything on this website, including its text, design, graphics and code, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may not reproduce it commercially, modify it, or present it as your own, without our written permission.

Our name, our logo and our product names are our trade marks. Any other names on this site belong to their owners and are used to describe or refer to them, not to claim any association with them.

6. Information and claims on this site

We write the claims on this site to be checkable, and we correct them when they stop being true. Even so, this website is general information about what we do. It is not advice, and it is not a promise about the results any particular agency will get, because those depend on that agency's market, listings and people.

Examples, figures and sample outputs shown here are illustrative unless we say otherwise on the page itself. Nothing here forms part of any agreement between us unless it is repeated in that agreement.

7. Content we create for your agency

This section applies where your agency engages us and we create marketing content for you — listing copy, social posts, articles, campaign plans and similar. It sits alongside your signed services agreement; if that agreement and this section are inconsistent, the signed agreement prevails.

You are responsible for reviewing the content we create. Nothing we create is published to your accounts, profiles or channels unless either you have reviewed and approved it, or you have turned auto-publish on for that content type.

Turning auto-publish on is your instruction to publish that content type without prior review, and confirms that you accept content is published on that basis and remains your responsibility. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for inaccuracies in, or any harm to your brand or reputation arising from, published content — whether it was auto-published or published after your review.

If something is wrong, tell us straight away at support@yourpropertypilot.com and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, we do so because it is useful, not because we control it or endorse everything on it. We are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information. Read its own terms and privacy policy.

9. Availability

We try to keep this website available and current, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we may do so without notice.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability under the Australian Consumer Law can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to supplying the relevant services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

Subject to that paragraph, and to the extent the law allows: we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of your use of this website; and our total liability arising out of your use of this website is limited to AUD 100.

This section is about this website. Liability in relation to services we supply to an agency is dealt with in the agreement with that agency.

11. Privacy

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the date of the current version, and the version in force is the one published when you use the website. If a change is material we will make that clear rather than rely on you noticing.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.
